Governor Dayton just signed SF878, the public safety omnibus bill

This afternoon, Governor Dayton told the Minnesota Legislature that he will be signing SF878 into law. This bill contains five key Second Amendment rights provisions:

Suppressors legalized Emergency Powers limited Capitol Carry notification rule reformed Interstate Purchase rights clarified Carry Reciprocity standards reformed

Where can I get information about the CHP reciprocity part of the bill? I looked online, but no one has reported in detail about it.

Thanks, even though it didn’t really say.

By the way, don’t have too much fun with your UAV or do anything bad while driving.

There’s a lot of stuff in this law.
