Let’s see, a woman makes an accusation against a man who has deep pockets, of a crime that supposedly happened more than 30 years ago, and has no evidence whatsoever.
Sounds reasonable to me. NOT!
And then she gets upset when he says no. Blatant attempt at extortion would be my guess.
Time for Bill Cosby to take the Woody Allan strategy and move to Europe. Justice is only for those who can’t afford to pull up stakes and move to a friendlier venue. Of course, Europe may not protect somebody who has told the truth about blacks and education. (And, yes, I am assuming in suggesting this that he is guilty. If he isn’t then this is far bigger than Hillary’s vast conspiracy.)
Cosby is owrth 200 million on up and is willing to spend anything it takes on lawyers. So I think any of these law suits will have a tough time as Cosbys high priced lawyers lawyers delay delay delay and obfuscate

Who do you believe? On the one hand, Cosby as been pretty much outed as a serial rapist yet Dickinson comes across as a 60-year-old model that’s desperate to remain relevant. Just reading her Wikipedia bio can question her veracity.
If she were the only one accusing Cosby, I’d dismiss it but with corroborating women making similar claims, I’d need to hear some specifics before concluding.
The Bruce?This is a pretty stupid lawsuit, even if Cosby is a rapist as claimed.
Its the rat trap. He’s finished now. Eventually, his deposition will be taken and he will have to confront all of the allegations one by one and deny them also, adding serial perjury to his pervert resume.
In the meantime, his fans here (God knows why) will continue to pretend he didn’t do it.

what will be interesting is the info/how she is painted by Cosby’s attorneys. Her own autobiography discusses affairs with Trump and JFK jr. (and a slew of others). Her “love” life can be described as promiscuous at best.
I’m not clear how this case can be pursued, given that she accused him and he denied it - to then claim that the denial (absent specific attacks against her) is defamatory is extra-judicial jeopardy against a criminal charge.
I’m not addressing whether there was a rape or not, just that denying having committed a crime doesn’t seem a valid basis for defamation.
