We're a bunch of effing commies in Massachusetts. Why should there be a death penalty when we have former Sen. Ted Kennedy who can drive a woman into poucha pond (suffocating her not drowning her) and be elected up until his death a few years ago? /sarc Thank god the federal government had a "pair" om this case and sought the death penalty.
