Every month on “training day”, SARC training.

Just about every week in the base paper, 2nd page “editorial” about SARC...

It’s gotten to the point where almost to a person, the airmen have begun making it a joke...

I believe the USAF has passed the saturation point on this topic.

Not new for any of the services. The USMC presentation of the first series of “Race Relations” classes in 1972 were enough to make you puke and received a great deal of very negative feedback at the time. They were condescending, accusatory, and full of fabrication and flat out lies...if you were Caucasian. Among the Marines you lived with in the barracks day to day you knew who was a Marine who would have your back as a brother Marine and who was just a “brother” with a racist chip on their shoulders.

This PC crap has been ongoing for years. It was constant point of tension throughout my AF career as well as my time as an enlisted Marine before that. This sounds similar to what I heard for years on active duty and I’ve been retired for over 20 years.

If you have to go about your daily duties worried about not offending another group, or being accused of something in some way or the other it detracts from the mission and unit cohesion.

If you don’t fight as a cohesive unit you certainly die in a cohesive group, all together.
