“I deal through the Clinton Foundation. That gets me in touch with the Haitian officials,” Mr. Rodham said, according to a transcript of his testimony. “I hound my brother-in-law, because it’s his fund that we’re going to get our money from. And he can’t do it until the Haitian government does it.

“And he keeps telling me, ‘Oh, it’s going to happen tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow.’ Well, tomorrow hasn’t come yet.”

Mr. Rodham’s Haiti project never did happen. The Clinton Foundation said in a statement that it was not aware of Mr. Rodham’s Haiti project and had no involvement in it. Mr. Clinton’s office said he had not been involved in any of Mr. Rodham’s pursuits in Haiti.

But Mr. Rodham was able to prevail on the former president for help in other ways.

When Mr. Rodham was short on cash in 2010, Mr. Clinton helped get him a job for $72,000 a year raising investments in GreenTech Automotive, an electric car company then owned by Terry McAuliffe, an old friend of Mr. Clinton’s and now the governor of Virginia.

Mr. Clinton’s willingness to assist in getting him work with Mr. McAuliffe was helpful, Mr. Rodham said, but at $6,000 a month, it was not enough. “It’s kind of like the job he got me a long time ago when I worked in the prison,” he said.

The Clinton Foundation said it was not aware of Mr. Rodham’s Haiti project and that Mr Clinton had not been involved in any of Mr. Rodham’s pursuits in Haiti.

REALITY CHECK Then-Secy Hillary supposedly gave Haiti $3.1 billion tax dollars for Earthquake Relief.

But Haitian-American protesters claim that American aid to Haiti was a cover-for foreign governments to funnel kickbacks of hundreds of millions of dollars to The Clinton Foundation.

After the earthquake in Haiti, the Clinton Foundation raised around $36 million for disaster relief, while the Obama Administration kicked in $3.6 billion.

They protested the Clinton Foundation b/c it helped lead the reconstruction fund. They claimed that the US State Dept's $10 billion meant to help rebuild Haiti did little to help the country and that much of the US money went to non-Haitian companies.

REALITY CHECK---Last month the NY Post looked into how one of Hillary Clinton’s brothers, Tony Rodham, become part of the advisory board of a company that owns a gold mine in Haiti.

Rodham’s involvement was first revealed in publicity about Schweizer's blockbuster book, ”Clinton Cash."

Tony Rodham, and the CEO of the mining company, told the NY Post that they had been introduced at a meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative, which is run by the Clinton Foundation.

Both denied the Clintons played any role in Rodham's appointment.

The Post asked Rodham if he attended meetings of the initiative to seek out business opportunities. “No, I go to see old friends. But you never know what can happen,” he replied.

Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich” come out just a week after she launched her presidential campaign.

The book raises questions about shady foreign money flowing into the Clinton Foundation — and what actions Hillary took in her official capacity in exchange for the cash.

EXHIBIT ONE The Schweizer book examines lucrative development contracts awarded to Clinton Foundation donors following the devastating Haitian earthquake in 2010.

EXHIBIT TWO The book reports that Hillary’s brother, Tony Rodham, sat on the board of a small North Carolina mining company that in 2012 got one of only two coveted “gold exploitation permits” from the government of Haiti — the first issued in more than 50 years, according to the Web site Breitbart.

EXHIBIT THREE One alleged quid pro quo cited by the Times and other sources involved Hillary's State Department’s backing of a free-trade agreement with Colombia that benefited a company founded by a big donor to the Clinton Foundation.

Hillary opposed the trade deal when running for president in 2008 because of the South American country’s poor record on workers’ rights. But then the company, Canadian-based Pacific Rubiales, and its founder, Clinton Foundation board member Frank Giustra, donated “millions” to the foundation, The International Business Times reported.

In 2010, Hillary flip-flopped and the State Department under Hillary lauded Colombia’s human rights record, allowing Giustra’s company to reap huge profits.

CONCLUSIONS “During Hillary’s years of public service, the Clintons have conducted or facilitated hundreds of large transactions,” writes author Peter Schweizer, according to The New York Times, which first reported the story. “Some of these transactions have put millions in their own pockets.”

Schweizer said he found a clear “pattern of financial transactions involving the Clintons that occurred contemporaneous with favorable US policy decisions benefiting those providing the funds.”

Ever since the Clinton Global Initiative was announced as the lead “Aid” organization for the Haiti earthquake recovery, I thought it was strange having Bill Clinton and GHW Bush riding side by side to the rescue.

With the impending Jeb Bush book to be released later this summer by Sdhweitzer, will this new book show all the big dogs were also in on the game? All I can say is that I will not be surprised.

Think of charities like United Way that were eventually exposed as skimmers while the truly needy got the crumbs of what was left. They set the model and the rest of the crooks jumped in on the game. I would not be alarmed to know these people were who initiated the press to run stories to eliminate the established competition.

JEB WAS EMPLOYED BY VENEZUELAN FRAUDSTER--A DEMOCRAT FUND-RAISER--Jeb is on-tape sizing-up pre-fab housing project for Haitian refugees (which turned out to be a scam).

BACKSTORY The outstanding cable TV anthology show "American Greed" did a segment on Venezuelan fraudster (now jailed) Claudio Osorio. Osorio, a Venezuelan schemer, organized high profile fundraisers, and was in thick w/ Democrats Obama, Hillary and Bill-----and with Jeb Bush.

Osorio donated some $80,000 to Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, according to Federal Electoral Commission records.

Osorio also donated mega-bucks to the Clinton Global Initiative Foundation.

Osorio's shell company, Innovida, submitted falsified documents and received $3.5 million in loans from the US govt----the US Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) supposedly to build homes in Haiti after the catastrophic earthquake. In September 2011, OPIC began questioning Innovida's "negative operating cash flow."

A court appointed receiver in charge of investigating Innovida's finances indicated that "$37.5 million in funds had been moved offshore, but he had so far been unable to find out what happened to the money." Osorio has used his constitutional privilege of invoking the fifth amendment right against self-incrimination when asked if company funds had been used to pay personal expenses.

Osorio was indicted on two counts of wire fraud and one count of major fraud, amongst other charges. Federal prosecutors said Osorio defrauded investors from 2007-10, exaggerating the company's finances and pocketing millions of dollars to fund a lavish lifestyle. The SEC claimed that Osorio had illegally used investor money to pay for a Miami Beach mansion, a Maserati car and a Colorado mountain retreat home.

Jeb Bush agreed to return $270,000 that he was paid as a consultant to convicted fraudster Claudio Osorio and Osorio’s bogus companies.

“We were trying to help. Period,” Mr. Drobny, a co-founder of Air America Radio, the former liberal talk network, said in a phone interview. He called the effort “humanitarian.” Mr. Drobny said he had connected with Mr. Rodham because of what he believed were his ties to the Clinton Foundation, which was playing a central role in the rebuilding efforts. Ultimately, he said, nothing happened “because the Haiti government was not cooperative.”
