Two brothers have been identified as the suspects in the killing of two Hattiesburg, Mississippi police officers.
Curtis Banks, 26, and Marvin Banks, 29, were held in connection with the shooting, police said.
The officers were shot during a traffic stop Saturday night at about 8 p.m., according to WDAM-TV. They have been identified as 34-year-old Benjamin Deen and Liquori Tate, 25, according to The Clarion-Ledger.

My prayers for the brave souls of the slain officers and for their grieving loved ones and friends.
This is absolutely horrid.
It's interesting how the narrative from the puppet masters on the left has moved from "white" cops killing "unarmed" blacks in Ferguson to now the police are oppressing and bullying the fine decent upstanding misunderstood black population, especially in the inner city.....all across the country
I expect a lot more cops to be gunned down this summer or a lot more cops simply not going to put their lives on the line to deal with these scumbags...
Either way the actual fine upstanding blacks in the cities and communities are going to pay a price though increased crime and slow or non-existent policing of their neighborhoods...
While I am sure that 90% figure is too high, the 12.9% figure is misleading —
Most violent crime is committed by males; little is done by females. That reduces the percentage to around 6.5%.
Children (real ones, not teen gangbangers) and the elderly aren’t committing violent crime either. That further reduces the percentage of violent offenders to somewhere around 4% of the population.
That’s one of the interesting things about Detroit.
After decades of virtual non policing, they are now demanding that the broken windows strategy be employed. When Chief Craig arrived in Detroit almost 2 years ago one of the main thing people asked for was for him to stop the punks from hanging out in gas station parking lots at all hours of the day and night.

What kind of weapon(s) did they have that they were able to get the jump on two officers and kill them both? All officers are on a really HIGH level of alert now, especially when dealing with black suspects. So, I wonder HOW they were able to get the jump on both without at least one of them getting shot?
