Rubio backed off when his original plan, actually an outline, was torn apart by obola, McCain, Graham and that POS from NYC! After he came out against the next plan by those a$$wipes he was attacked by them and conservatives. The libs took the cue and jump on him as if it was HIS plan and used this to drive a wedge between him and conservatives. It was also at this time his family started receiving threats and his children were actually pulled from the DC area school.
BUT, he did make the mistake of getting involved with those scumbags in the first place.
He has been solid on all other issues and I suspect the hits he takes here are largely from Paul nuts....
