I've seen the same in Ohio. I think it may be caused by not enough competition in the supply chain, but only guessing.

Interesting how the price goes nearly straight up and then eases down. Funny how that happens.

The industry does not do themselves much service with this pattern. I guess it just looks like human nature in action... screw the other guy, take care of yourself because the other guy is doing the same thing.
