A letter from Hillary Clinton’s legal team (embed below)to the House Committee On Benghazi. The attorney’s agree to one appearance, but refuse a second.
Originally committee chairman, Trey Gowdy, wanted Secretary Clinton to appear first to address the email and communication issues to gain a better understanding of what documentation issues surround her tenure as Secretary of state; and a second appearance to address the structural questions about Benghazi as they relate to the issues not yet reconciled:

I say call her in and keep her all day and all night until all of the questions are answered. Not only is she in contempt of Congress, she is in contempt of the American people.

I just hope they have sense enough to know the correct answer to every question before they ask her so they can catch her in her lies. How can she just say no? If I was called to testify before Congress, I doubt I could just say no thank you. She will lie like a dog the whole time.

Hillary is going to walk all over these clowns. It is so easy for her to characterize the GOPe fools in Congress as a bunch of misogynist smear artists.
Just watch her approval numbers go up, a lot, after her testimony.

The make leg irons and chains don’t they? Time to drag her fat behind before that committee and get to the bottom of the Benghazi issue, then haul that fat ass off to jail for good.
Why do you think the GOP delayed the hearings until now? They can’t very well grill a female presidential candidate for the opposition (snicker) party can they? Bad optics and we need to put that behind us so the country may heal...

Grow a pair, and stop respectfully requesting her appearance.
Subpoena her wrinkly butt to testify as often as you need it, and stop with the BS. If she refuses, send Federal Marshals to get her. Start with a subpoena for tomorrow.
Do you think she is some sort of royalty? If not, then stop treating her like she is doing you a favor for going to testify before your committee.
