“What’s the matter with kids today?”
The better question is: “What’s the matter with the adults?”
Children grow up however you raise them. If we don’t like the way they have turned out, that’s not the kids’ fault.
The first problem is that we call adults in college, kids.
They’re your “kids” if you are their parent. That’s a familial term on endearment.
The term “kids” should not be used at any other time after high school.
