Gee, I wonder why? After all, many of them havent yet been identified. Ken Vogel explains that the publicity surrounding the influence-peddling schemes at chez Clinton has potential donors looking elsewhere, but does that apply to those who still want to buy influence? Hmmm.
Actually, the fact that so little goes to charity and that the rate (6.4% in 2013) has become so public is what has them rethinking their commitments:

<><> EPA said there's no record of donations to the Clinton Foundation.
<><> The Office of Minority Health and Human Services, is listed but it's not clear what this donation referred to, or even which federal or state office it came from.
<><> The Arkansas Dept of Human Services received a donor "gift receipt" but said they never expended tax dollars to the Foundation.

This opens up a truck-load of questions about the veracity of the Clinton donor list...and whether it lists phantom donations as a ruse to cover-up wrongdoing. This is a well-used criminal MO--along w/ keeping two sets of books. Criminal behavioral scientists also say when exposed, criminals ditch their computers and wipe hard drives clean.
One Indian donor listed says he did not give a $5 million donation---which amounted to his entire net worth.

FACTS ON FILE Hillary was in charge of approving billion dollar deals to federal contractors which coincided w/ $100 million or more listed as donations to the Clinton foundation.
Soon after Hillary exited, State Dept officials issued a "special management alert"-----that it had "no idea" what happened to $6 billion used to pay its contractors.....warning of significant financial risk and a lack of internal control at State has led to billions of unaccounted dollars over the last six years....under Hillary's watch.

CONNECTING THE DOTS Then-Secy Hillary supposedly gave Haiti $3.1 billion tax dollars for Earthquake Relief.
But Haitian-American protesters claim that American aid to Haiti was a cover-for foreign governments to funnel kickbacks of hundreds of millions of dollars to The Clinton Foundation.
POINTS TO PONDER:
<><> As Secretary of State, Hillary devoted much of her time in 2010 to the Haiti recovery.
<><> The Clinon Family Foundation accepted Algerias $500,000 donation for Haitian earthquake relief in 2010, during Hillary Clintons tenure as Secy of State (at the same time Algeria rec'd millions in US foreign aid).
<><> Bill Clinton got his hands on hundreds of million of dollars while Hillary controlled the State Dept checkbook..... monies earmarked for Haiti.
<><> the newlywed Clintons spent their honeymoon in Haiti.
<><> listed as a Clinton Foundation donor: Clinton-Bush Haiti Fund---organized at the behest of Obama: GHWB-WJC principles (recently disbanded).
After the earthquake in Haiti, the Clinton Foundation raised around $36 million for disaster relief, while the Obama Administration kicked in $3.6 billion.

Haitian protesters gathered outside the Clinton Foundation to complain about "missing money" from the US State Dept's recovery effort for the 2010 Haitian earthquake:
They protested the Clinton Foundation b/c it helped lead the reconstruction fund. They claimed that the US State Dept's $10 billion meant to help rebuild Haiti did little to help the country and that much of the US money went to non-Haitian companies.
At the same time, Hillarys brother got a rare gold mining permit; the last permit Haiti issued was over fifty years before.
The charity is in reality a shadow government of the various clinton lackeys. The money pays them to be ready to go on the day of the inauguration.
The klintoons studied Huey Long and have out done the Ol Kingfish a million times over to what must be its maximum grift. Of course there are a bunch of “sharers” slopping up this “Grifter’s Pie”! That’s why its so hard to beat.
“the fact that so little goes to charity and that the rate (6.4% in 2013) has become so public is what has them rethinking their commitments:”
Or they just dont want their purchases of public officials being made public
‘Charity balls’? Pennies are given to charity so wealthy women can tell their rich husbands the ‘party’ is tax deductible. In short, the rest of us are paying for liberal elites to have lavish parties...
