Black, but we have had recent encounters with the police where they shot and killed a 12 year old boy with an altered toy gun.

Things are a bit uncomfortable in the city right now.

Don’t forget we’re hosting the RNC next summer too.

PS. back on Dec. 3, 2014 the DOJ has already ruled Cleveland Police use excessive force.

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cleveland police officers have a habit of using excessive force, the U.S. Justice Department revealed Thursday following a months-long investigation into the practices of the Cleveland Division of Police.

Read the DOJ’s findings in the document viewer below.

Attorney General Eric Holder delivered the findings during a Thursday press conference in Cleveland.

Cleveland police lack accountability, are inadequately trained and too often resort to unnecessary force, according to the DOJ.

Is this a jury or bench trial?

Piss-poor reporting from several sources makes it hard to tell.

It is a bench trial, no jury.

Only one white officer is charged out of all the those who participated in the chase and shooting. I think they said close to 150 shots into the vehicle.

Thanks for clarifying.

Saw that and found more info.

Also saw Brelo jumped on the hood of the car and fired his last 15. Not exactly the actions of someone fearful for their life.

Brace up Cleveland, you’re next!
