These longshoremen make a minimum of $150,000 per year. Wouldn't they be considered part of the gentrification problem?
You know, why not get it over with and move things like the Kremlin and Lenin’s tomb over to a place like San Francisco or DC or Chicago? After all, there is the above story as well as other things going on like the media acting like Pravda or Tass and Bernie Sanders (who took his wife to Moscow on their honeymoon if my memory serves me properly) now running for President.
Aren’t they going to throw in global warming and abortion rights, or other liberal causes? Turn it into a Liberal orgy/orgasm day, in support of ALL liberal causes? What could go wrong with that???

$150,000 per year in the liberal paradise of the SF Bay Area makes you a pauper. State, Feds and Locals take 40% or more. You’ve got 90 to live on. Housing take 40 of that. You’re down to 50. Put 10 away for savings and retirement, utilities, gas, car payments, internet, clothes...next thing you know you’re living month-to-month. You ain’t doing any gentrifying on that. Now if the missus is pulling down another hundred, you might raise some kids and get them through college.
ILWU Local 10 was the most Communist Party USA dominated ILWU union in California. Read about them in the Calif. Senate Hearings on Un-American Activities from the 50’s thru 1970. Harry Bridges’ goon squad. Old Harry was not only a covert Party member, but as of 1934, was one of the 10 top Reds dominating or controlling labor unions across the country (books/articles by Haynes & Khlers).
