When will they ban marijuana?
Nah! I’m sure someone is pushing to make recreational use legal there. It will be on the 2016 ballot in Nevada. Under the guise of “regulate and tax” which basically makes it recreational. There are already plans in place for the number of stores that will be allowed. Mostly in Las Vegas and a few in the Reno area and a smattering in the rest of the state.

Smoking is legal yet remains the boogie man of drugs....council men/women feel they have to be doing something even if it is nonsensical. They haven't the guts to put out an dictate backed by law that would stop crime and deaths......that says "all drug dealers if caught will get the death sentence" "All citizens using government assistance from Food Stamps to Housing will be denied that assistance if using any drug not allowed by law.
