Undocumented Immigrant Not A Criminal,’ California Attorney General Says [Next CA Senator?]

Undocumented Immigrant Not A Criminal,’ California Attorney General Says April 17, 2015 LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — California Attorney General Kamala Harris made waves this week after telling the San Francisco Chronicle that “an undocumented immigrant is not a criminal.” On Friday, in an exclusive interview with CBSLA, Harris echoed that comment.

“An undocumented immigrant is not a criminal,” she reiterated. “I’m a career prosecutor. I’ve personally prosecuted everything from low-level offenses to homicides. Unfortunately, I know what crime looks like. I know what a criminal looks like who’s committing a crime. An undocumented immigrant is not a criminal.”

Those comments, however, have struck a chord with who say Harris’ stance is in direct conflict with the Constitution.

“People who are sworn to uphold the law should be doing so,” Ira Mehlman with the Federation for Immigration Reforms said. “The laws are there for a particular reason. Whether Ms. Harris or the other politicians in California agree with them or not, they are obligated to carry out those laws.”

“an undocumented immigrant is not a criminal.”

Barky and Dubya both believe this. So does Jebster. So why is it a surprise when commie skank Kamala Harris makes it official?

They most certainly are.

If they would rather be called “lawbreakers” so be it. They are breaking several federal US laws pertaining to immigration and entry laws.

Now living in CA, the state of confusion.
It’s all over. Reasoning, recognition of facts, critical thinking, and public expression of truths are rare and discouraged in all but the most trusted private company.
Most everyone is bat sh1t cognitive dissonance crazy, unable / unwilling to acknowledge political facts, social and financial results, and the threat to our future well being.
There is no fixing the LA / SF cocktail bubble under which policy makers, influence peddlers, low information voters and the MILLIONS of illegal aliens that hold control over the state.
Trends born in CA, dominate the nation, which we’re seeing play out, ie: gaystopo tyranny, illegal immigration, insane amount of forced cultural diversity, excessive taxation, one party rule, disregard for rule of law, etc.

It’s true. When the politicians keep declaring through their actions that the rule of law is dead then no one is a criminal because there is no longer any law to break.

Try using false ID to purchase booze when you are 17 and see if the state looks the other way because you are an undocumented adult.

Someone should simply ask her what the dictionary definition of "lawbreaker" is.

Trends born in CA, dominate the nation,

That used to be the case. But 'conventional wisdom' has been thrown out the window with a lot of people pissed off now, when earlier they weren't as ticked off.

Illegal entry is just the tip of the iceberg. They are driving without insurance or licenses, working off the books, avoiding taxes, stealing identities, etc.

“When the politicians keep declaring through their actions that the rule of law is dead then no one is a criminal because there is no longer any law to break.”

Sadly, that’s not true at all. The laws are still very much enforced...against political enemies and the powerless. Government has a nearly unlimited array of laws that are easily and selectively used against troublemakers, i.e. little people like us. Just try breaking some of the laws routinely ignored by “undocumented immigrants” and see how far you get.

I see we’re on the same page here. Citizens cannot break the law with impunity. We’re held to a different standard than “undocumented immigrants” who are a special class of people, like homosexuals.

In a way, it’s like the story, The Emperor’s New Clothes. The propagandists, aka media, have built a cocoon of lies to protect their ideological allies in government, but the citizens ARE talking and restless. It’s still being done in hushed tones out of fear of losing jobs or being ostracized, but the truth is unstoppable simply by virtue of being true. The powers that be can only cover it up so long before it explodes.

Sarah Saldana, Obama’s rubberstamp director of Homeland Security iCE, said the exact same thing the other day.

Saldana, a former federal prosecutor, candidly admitted that at the federal agency that is supposed to keep us safe, federal immigration law is ignored but she obeys when Obama commands.
What a good sell-out muchacha and ambitious feeberal drone she is, while apparently bereft of integrity or scruples in completely forgetting the oath she took to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution.
