Because she says so. And she’s a Proglodytes so she should know.

As the Obama administration prepares for a new surge of illegal immigrant children this year, some of those from previous waves are turning up on court dockets across the country, charged with serious crimes such as capital murder and aggravated rape.

Then every crime that does not involve an intent to harm others is not a crime. Every regulatory crime committed in ignorance is not a crime.

I look forward to a giant reduction in the prosecutory apparatus of the state.

No?

Fraudulently Documented Foreigners must break many laws to continue their illegal presence in the United States. They are criminals. Document fraud. Driving without licenses or insurance. Illegal employment. Illegal benefit collection. The list is endless.

This type of misguided, ignorant “leadership” is why we are in such dire straits as a society. This idiot is a LIB loon who should be in a mental institution, rather than in any position of responsibility or influence.

She speaks for the Left.

and some on the Right.

She is as divisive as Obammy

and she wouldn’t know a gang hit if she

was standing by LEOs under fire.

California has a stupidity complex..

not a social justice disease.

That’s not law. That’s despotic tyranny.

I agree selective enforcement of the law is tyranny, but it lends a thin veneer of credibility to the actions taken. The ruling class can simply point to the particular law that’s been violated, and there’s no defense. In the eyes of the public, a law was broken. What the public doesn’t generally see are all the people who are given a pass.

You and I, being essentially powerless citizens, cannot get away with some of the things that the protected groups or politically powerful folks do. The elites protect and channel government largesse to these protected groups and receive votes in return. As I wrote, the USA retains a thin veneer of law that makes it seem like all is on the up and up.

Of course. If they didn't there would be revolution and anarchy.
