The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office originally denied the woman an opportunity to enter the diversionary program, indicating it wanted to use the case as a deterrent... A pity there aren't a few examples to serve as a deterrent to prosecutorial tyranny...

Took him long enough! NJ gun laws are among the most restrictive in the country. A permit to carry requires that you prove the need, and for the unconnected the proof is almost never enough.
What don’t they get about “shall not be infringed”?
