So if there is $5.8mil in the 2009 budget it’s still in there since we’ve been operating on continuing resolutions since. That on top of the 31% baseline budget increase and probably 100,000 other one time appropriations, now you know where Obolas slush fund comes from.

The settlement was kept secret, but it is rumored to be between $25,000 and $80,000. I don't think it was ever close to $250K as ALL Kennedy money is squirreled away in a Pure Trust.
