How does Judge “Susan” “Richard” Nelson, identify, herself-himself ? Does she prefer to be addressed as Judge”Dick” Nelson?
Or Dick-less?

Judges ludicrous decision. 63 pages worth. http://www.washingtonblade.com/content/files/2015/03/259302140-0-14-cv-02037-31.pdf

It’s amazing that judicial papers are allowed to lie when referring to transgenders. It calls the transgender “he”. Isn’t that illegal to lie in court papers?

I am just amazed that they cannot even name the final diagnosis.

and the judges footnote about not normally discussing parts of such a person but that she had to because it was at the root of the case.

What appears to be clear:
1) First Doctor got up close to the patient and asked if he was sexually active as a woman. From the garbled judges statement and claims it appears that the doctor was trying to ascertain if she had a sexual infection instead of a reaction to the hormone therapy or a bug.

Given that they did not respond truthfully the antibiotic treatment initially prescribed was not working.

2) The nurses were uncomfortable working with the patient because of the patients surly and uncooperative attitude.

Since they didn’t name it, I assume it was a STD.

True, but which one.

Needs to cause sepsis. Severe inflamation (3x) of uterus. A seven day hospitalization.

What else?

Part of their objection was that the nurses checked his uterus at the start of every shift.
