This week, a federal court in Minnesota issued a preliminary ruling in a case concluding that discrimination against an individual because of his gender identity is prohibited under the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). In June of 2013, Jakob Tiarnan Rumble, a transgender man, sought treatment at Fairview Southdale Hospital, just outside of Minneapolis. He had a high fever and severe pain in his genitals. During his first day in the Emergency Room and subsequent six days in the hospital, Rumble alleges that he was subject to numerous forms of mistreatment because of his gender identity, including:

So a transgender man....hmmm.....now which way does this go. Is that a male going female, or a female going male? (oh, never mind.....)

The patient is a mentally ill female who thinks she’s male. Forgive me if my grasp of reality offends those who believe in nonsense, like calling a woman a man.
Her addadictomy surgery developed some complications.
He showed up at the hospital with an inflamed uterus, and then was outraged that the medical staff treated him as a woman.
I can't find fault with the treatment (from what the article says) so i imagine this will become part of the headlines soon to mesh with all the racist killings of Blacks and the blatant anti-you-can-be-any-sex-or-sexual-hedonist-you-want-to-be-and-should-have-to bear-none-of-the-responsibility-for-your-choices-and-attendant-diseases meme -- a real one-two-punch against normals and Whites (who will be determined to also be the biggest offenders against the "sexually-diverse".
easy solution, just have all the wrist band simply state either penis or vagina.

Reminds me of the Abbott and Constello (comedian’s) act about “Who’s on First?”.
When I Googled the plaintiff's name "Jakob Tiarnan Rumble" I found no coverage of this story in any MSM source, all were sources catering to homosexuals and transsexuals, or lawsuit tracking services.
It would appear that this plaintiff succeeded in getting his/her lawsuit referred for a trial by a federal judge, and this news is getting pumped across the internet in a number of ways.
Chromosomes don’t lie. Whatever type a person is that is what their gender is from nature and not subject to change.
