The only way to prevent the FCC from taxing the internet is to explicitly prohibit it in the bill.

Same with the Obamacare promise to not fund abortions. Explicitly prohibit it or else it can be added without congressional approval.

Yes in the long term there needs to be legislation. In the short term I’ll take a court order. Otherwise these clowns will be not only taxing the internet they will be licensing all blog and then the criteria for getting a license will keep half the people off and then there will be content regulation and on and on until the internet looks like CBS.
