Chinese company pledged $2 million to Clinton Foundation in 2013
CBS ^ | March 16, 2015 | By Julianna Goldman

A CBS News investigation has found that at least one foreign company with close ties to its government has been giving generously to the foundation run by Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton.

Since its founding, the Clinton Foundation has invested millions each year for work in fighting AIDS and empowering women, but its recent uptick in donations from foreign governments has been raising questions about the potential influence on Hillary Clinton, as she gets ready to run for president.

The foundation has raised at least $42 million from foreign governments - and according to an analysis by CBS News - at least $170 million from foreign entities and individuals.

One donor - Rilin Enterprises- pledged $2 million in 2013 to the Clinton Foundation's endowment. The company is a privately-held Chinese construction and trade conglomerate and run by billionaire Wang Wenliang, who is also a delegate to the Chinese parliament. Public records show the firm has spent $1.4 million since 2012, lobbying Congress and the State Department. The firm owns a strategic port along the border with North Korea and was also one of the contractors that built the Chinese embassy in Washington.

That contract is a direct tie to the Chinese government, according to Jim Mann, who has written several books on China's relationship with the U.S.

With "embassy construction, one of the most important tasks is making sure that there are no bugs there," he said. "So you want to have the closest security and intelligence connections with and approval of the person or company that's going to build your embassy."

It is well documented that Clinton and the Democrats took illegal campaign money from groups and individuals tied directly to the Chinese People’s Republican Army. It is therefore not surprising that In January 1998 Clinton went against the advice of then-Secretary of State Warren Christopher and Pentagon experts by lifting long-standing restrictions against the export of American satellites to China for launch on Chinese rockets. Not only did he move control over such decisions from the more security-focused State Department to the Commerce Department, but he intervened in a Justice Department investigation of Loral Space & Communications, retroactively enabling Loral to sell critical missile technology to the Chinese. Interestingly enough, Clinton’s decision was made at the request of Loral CEO Bernard Schwartz, whose earlier $1.3 million campaign donation made him the single biggest contributor to the Democratic election effort.

The result, as stated eloquently by syndicated columnist Linda Bowles, was that “the Democrats got money from satellite companies and from Chinese communists; China got supercomputors, advanced production equipment and missile technology; Loral got its satellites launched at bargain basement prices . . . and the transfer of sensitive missile technology gave China [for the first time] the capability of depositing bombs on American cities.” Incidentally, Loral ultimately failed to benefit from this permanent injury to America’s security interests: in July 2003, the company filed for bankruptcy protection, and in order to raise cash was forced to sell its most profitable business – a fleet of communications satellites orbiting over North America.

Since its founding, the Clinton Foundation has invested millions each year ... empowering women”

Empowering one woman, to be more precise—Her Thighness, herself.

Any other money spent on women’s issues has probably been limited to prevention of bimbo eruptions or Bill’s clandestine trips on the Lolita Express.

Since it’s founding, the Clinton Foundation has been a gigantic money laundering operation.

It’s primary purpose has been to enrich the multitude of offshore accounts that belong to Bill and Hillary.

IMO.

Bill Clinton was a Soviet agent. He was recruited when he was a Rhodes Scholar (a program he didn't complete) and illegally traveled to Russia.

After the Soviet Union imploded, Clinton was handed off to the Red Chinese who ran him as their agent. During his time in the White House he openly ensured massive transfers of high technology to Red China which we see being used everywhere in Red China's armed forces buildup. This was done for barely disguised money transfers and was likely the tip of a treason iceberg.

Red China continues to run Bill Clinton and his entire criminal enterprise family. Do I have proof of any of this? No. Just open sources, a memory, and rational thought.

No skunk stinks as badly as the Clintons.

http://csis.org/press/press-release/csis-creates-brzezinski-institute-geostrategy

SEP 26, 2014

WASHINGTON, September 26, 2014 — The Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) announces the establishment of the Zbigniew Brzezinski Institute on Geostrategy.

“Zbig Brzezinski has played a major role in U.S. foreign and security policy not only before and when he was national security adviser but for decades thereafter,” said CSIS chairman and former U.S. senator Sam Nunn. “Zbig’s name is known throughout the world for leading the United States and its allies through the Cold War and for his role as an eminent statesman and top strategic thinker today. The Brzezinski Institute at CSIS is well-named because it will be a permanent home for a strong, effective American foreign policy.”

The mission of the Brzezinski Institute on Geostrategy is to examine the unique interaction of history, geography, and strategy, with a goal of developing policy-relevant analysis and recommendations. The Institute will also seek to develop a new generation of strategic policy thinkers at home and abroad.

The launching grant for the Institute came from Rilin Enterprises, Ltd., a global construction and logistics firm based in Hong Kong with offices in New York, Beijing, and Dandong, China. Mr. Wenliang Wang serves as chairman of Rilin Enterprises. Mr. Mark Fung, who serves on the Institute’s Advisory Board, is the firm’s general counsel and in the 1990s was Dr. Brzezinski’s student and then seminar assistant at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

Foreign Funding of Think Tanks Is Corrupting Our Democracy

EXCERPT

he New York Times reports how CSIS received $1.1. million from the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), an arm of the government, to promote “research and consulting” at a time when Japan was trying to get the U.S. Congress to back the Trans-Pacific Partnership. CSIS made a JETRO official a visiting scholar, and one of its scholar testified on Capitol Hill about how critical the trade agreement was to “the entire Asia rebalancing strategy.” CSIS officials denied a quid pro quo, but a Japanese diplomat told the Times that the country expected favorable treatment for its money.

That’s a straight government grant, but The New York Times might have also investigated another foreign contribution to CSIS. This May, CSIS, which I’ve heard from other people at thinktanks to be desperately seeking funding, announced that its posh new building would house the Zbigniew Institute on Geostrategy. The institute, which may simply be a fundraising gimmick, was seeded by a large grant from Wenliang Wang, who runs Rilin Enterprises, which is headquartered in Dandong, China.

Rilin Enterprises is the largest private construction firm in China and also controls the largest port near the North Korean border. Wang has been an advisor to municipal administrations and is on Forbes list of the China’s most wealthy individuals. Says Mann, “Anyone in construction is dependent on state banks for loans. Dandong, the closest city to North Korea, is more heavily connected to the government and the People’s Liberation Army than most other cities. It is safe to conclude the guy has extensive government connections.” Is it likely, given this bequest, that this institute will air hostile views toward China?

Newsflash!! CBS news just found out about the foreign influence in the U.S. election process. I think Bill is or was a member of the Tri-lateral commission and also may have ties to the Council on Foreign relations. I think these affiliations would be a good reason to donate money to the Clinton Foundation. A Rockerfeller was governor of Arkansas in the 1940’s.

I want to know how much the Muslim Brotherhood pledged. Her numerous meetings with Morsi, and U.S. policy of calling for Mubarak’s ouster MUST BE QUESTIONED AND INVESTIGATED. Her alliances directly contributed to the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi. Where are THOSE emails?

I also guarantee that Hillary took donations from Russia and Russian companies owned by the Russian Government or oligarchs, many of which have sanctions against them right now.
