Part of the problem with voter fraud is state courts. In PA the legislature passed voter id but the state supreme court shot it down even though US Supremes have upheld it.

I think so too. I think it’s very possible he’s diverting tax $$$ to buy off Congress to get their compliance. Nothing else other than NSA blackmail files makes any sense on why Congress blindly bows to his every whim.
