Top State Dept. officials’ work emails not automatically archived before February (HRC lied)
POLITICO ^ | March 13, 2015 | JOSH GERSTEIN

Hillary Clinton’s explanation for her use of a personal email account while she served as secretary of state suffered another blow Friday as the State Department disclosed that the email accounts of senior department officials were not automatically archived until last month.

Clinton said at a news conference Tuesday that she believed the vast majority of work-related emails she sent or received from her private account were “preserved” because she was in correspondence with other officials using “.gov” accounts.

However, State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki told reporters archiving of the work email boxes of senior State Department officials besides the secretary did not begin until “February of this year.” She previously said Secretary of State John Kerry uses an official account and his emails have been archived since he succeeded Clinton.

This is starting to sound like drip, drop, drip. Day by day, new revelations are coming out. Is this how its going to be?

And remember,,this story has been pushed by the media and even some Democrats. So nobody can say the GOP is making political hay out of this.

The interesting aspect to this affair is that there is not the usual stonewall happening.

Has Psaki answered the question posed to her two days ago:

Did Hillary sign OF 109 [OP 109]?

“A former DOJ attorney has asked if, under department policy, Secretary Clinton — like all officials here in this building, when they depart or separate from this office, has to sign something called a form OF-109,” a reporter asked Psaki on Thursday. “It’s a separation statement declaring that when you leave office, you turn over not just classified materials, but any documents for official purposes. Did she sign –”

“I think this has been asked,” Psaki interrupted. “It was more than two years ago. I don’t have an update on that specific question at this point.”

Well, it seems like the white house and state dept want to keep the story alive. Every couple days they give the pot another stir.

Something’s fishy here.

Up to 30,000 missing emails sent by former Internal Revenue Service official Lois Lerner have been recovered by the IRS inspector general, five months after they were deemed lost forever.

The U.S. Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) informed congressional staffers from several committees on Friday that the emails were found among hundreds of “disaster recovery tapes” that were used to back up the IRS email system.

They tell us our emails are forever.

DIDN’T FOLLOW JEN TODAY..

BUT IF SHE DIDN’T SIGN THE OP 109, WHY NOT???

SHE HAS BEEN OUT OF OFFICE FOR OVER TWO YEARS NOW...WHY DID SHE GET SPECIAL PRIVILEGE FOR NOT SIGNING? OR ARE THEY LYING TO COVER UP A FELONY FOR HER??? THAT WOULD NOT BE SURPRISING.

SOME ONE IS LYING.....AGAIN..... ANOTHER LIE TO COVER A LIE...oh what secrets they are weaving for themselves.

Gin Saké gave a direct answer to that? In that case Hillary is guilty of a felony.
I believe that's what Judge Napolitano has said.

She said she did not know if Hill had signed or not. Sorry if I was unclear.

It would take ten minutes to determine this.

Psaki said. “We’re updating it because it’s an imperfect system.”

Uh, yeah, ya reckon? I was talking to my old partner in email admin a few minutes ago and he told me if we'd ever done anything like that we'd have been fired when anyone found out and if it had been under subpoena, we'd be in prison. This isn't a case of the rules being ambiguous, because they aren't. This is dereliction of duty with a clear intention to defraud.

They'll try to blame the techs again as they did with 0bamacare, but the fact is that political people are stupid, arrogant, and incompetent, and the higher they get the less they think the rules apply to them.

That was my (very safe) assumption too. The State Dept. is stonewalling.

Nothing ever truly disappears from the Internet.

Exactly....any incriminating email that has been transmitted still exists in the server of the sender/receiver. Those people now hold quite a bit of blackmailing power as long as she is still a potential candidate.

But, that does not line up with Obama busting ugly on Hillary. I am not convinced that he is. The Dims have no bench. Warren? Biden? O'Malley? Gimme a break.
