It has been my personal experience that there are many entry level jobs available to Blacks and other minorities. The problem is, and has been for decades, is that minorities primarily, and certainly whites to a lesser extent, have no idea that holding a job requires showing up every day for work! They can’t, or won’t, even do that as it’s too hard.
This is not merely anecdotal evidence. Look at the high school dropout rate. Compare the dropout rate of Blacks to Whites. 53% of Blacks drop out of high school whereas 22% of Whites drop out of high school. Moreover, 72.2% of all Black children are born out of wedlock. I believe this statistic is even more damaging than the HS dropout rate.
The bottom line is that a staggering 72.2% of Blacks are born out of wedlock most certainly never experiencing an intact family — ever. 53% of Black don’t even have a high school education and therefore never were disciplined enough to attend school on a regular basis.
Therefore, how is it my racist fault for the lack of upward mobility and financial success of Blacks? Is it White privilege that has lead to these stats and the consequences wrought from them?

No, they would never actually want it, especially if you name it, but you can shut down any ridiculous debate with them by tying them in this knot. It’s all about getting money by crying.
The disparities exist everywhere, and the empirical (and anecdotal) evidence is overwhelming. Even if it were due to “racism”, ask a liberal if that isn’t proof that the races should be separated for the protection of blacks. Their only recourse is to eventually admit that progress has been made, which ruins their entire stance. “Now you’re saying there has been progress? A minute ago you were saying things were worse than ever. Which is it? What do you mean that I’m the one arguing for segregation; it sounds more like you are! You are the one saying whites are inherently evil, though race doesn’t exist, etc...” The contradictions of the Left should make them easy prey. The problem is that conservatives have a hard time accepting that anyone could be twisted enough to actually believe this stuff. It is hard to believe.

You asked what is the end game. That is the big question, and the answer is truly terrifying. The "protesters" that you see and hear are not protesters in the truest sense of the word. They are useful idiots and dupes being used as a shield by organized agitators and community activists. It sounds like conspiracy kookdom, but the goal of these community organizers is to fundamentally transform (overthrow) the government of the United States.
The leaders will promise the useful idiots whatever they think will keep them in an agitated state. Then, if they succeed in this effort, the useful idiots will be "removed with prejudice" to insure they will not be a problem for the new regime.
I live near the Ferguson police station and have been impacted by these evil ones for months. Being observant, I have seen and heard many comments that were not intended for outside ears. These are truly evil people. Please pray for the good people of Ferguson as we combat this threat to our sovereignty.
I do not think what may likely be falls within the realm of kookdom.
