I wonder what his “brother’s” victim looked like.

Good. Execution should not be pretty. Punishment should not be pretty. If you don’t commit crimes, then you need never worry about how gruesome the method of your execution will be.

as far as i'm concerned, the state was being very sympathetic to the killers feelings.
personally, i'd prefer a glass crusher
or a wood chipper

A Firing Squad is for soldiers.
Criminals are hanged and royalty beheaded.
That’s the way it has always been.

I don’t understand why it can’t be a heroin overdose.... people accidentally overdose themselves every day for “fun” because it feels good. Then we wouldn’t have any of this debate over cruelty or pain... just a dead bad guy. Or why not what they give to put cats and dogs to sleep? I’ve been through that a number of times and it is quick and seems like the animal doesn’t suffer at all, just drifts quickly off and the heart stops beating.

The scumbag might be a little prettier if he had been hanged or gassed or “cocktailed” instead of shot. But he’d be just as dead.

Why would he look at the ‘bullet-riddled’ body of his brother in the first place? I know I wouldn’t.
