You are implying that islam is “the Antichrist”, are you not?
Antichrist is never used as a plural term if I remember correctly. It’s always singular. “The Mark” refers to some type of brand that you will have to have to buy or sell. islam is just another cult, definitely in the realm of insanity.

Islam is the largest and most successful anti-Christ thing in history and it is possible (even likely) that The Antichrist will come from within islam.

If there is one creature who is The Antichrist it is Mohammed and the system he founded. In the Bible the antichrist is not capitalized and refers to various people who preach against the the Church left to man by Christ. But if there is that one Antichrist then, yes it is Mohammed/Islam.
Yes, Islam represents the true nature of the anti-Christ. The anti life, anti human spirit and the anti creation of all. It is socialist fascism, born from the true darkness of allah.
