Why wouldn't Obama stick around? ...BHO won't easily give up 6 free vacations a year (Will he?)

How many vacations have you taken in the last six years?
Have you taken six?
I doubt most Americans have been able to do that. For families, it might be even tougher.
Do you know how many Barack Obama has taken?
38.
Thats right. Thats more than six vacations per year all expenses paid by you the taxpayer. And these are not your routine week-at-the-beach excursions. These would almost all be vacations of a lifetime for even very wealthy Americans. He and the first family, God love them, are living it up on your dime.
And because presidential family getaways include lots of security, the prices for each and every one is astronomical, through the roof, off the charts.
A rough tally, though the real costs remain secret, comes to $33,441,728.23 thats if you believe it could possibly cost less than $1 million per presidential junket. I dont.
For instance, during Obamas 2013 Christmas break in Oahu, presidential security essentially took over the entire island. In addition to concrete blockades and security patrols around Obamas vacation quarters, his rental home was installed with bullet-proof glass, existing security systems were disabled, secure phone lines installed, and his entourage brought in 20 to 30 vehicles. The Coast Guard enforced temporary exclusion zones in Kailua Bay, and armed Coast Guard dinghies patrolled the canal near the presidents rental home.

"And, as the story goes, they have two more years left.
Or, do they?
These folks are living it up."
The 2nd Amendment is the reset button on the Constitution.

He should take just 1 more vacation. Have it start this afternoon, and end on 1/20/17.

Obama will be gone from the White House in January 2017. There is no evidence to suggest otherwise, unless one sees a conspiracy around every corner.
My prediction: He'll end up as Secretary-General of the UN. Then he'll take more vacations, have more opportunities to lecture the world, and have more opportunities to recklessly spend other people's money.

Nah, the way it would go down is he would instigate somes type of massive disruptions or national disaster, declare martial law and suspend elections until order can be restored.

Former Heads of State are not allowed to be Secretary General of the UN. Otherwise Billy Blythe Clinton would have taken the job in 2000.

That extended vacation to cost many millions, but beats the trillions it would cost us if he had no more vacations.

Any of the permanent members of the US can veto a nominee. Russia would veto Obama. Putin is not exactly a fan.

I was assured many years ago there was no way, ever, Bill Clinton would leave the White House after his 2nd term. Plans were drawn up for him to declare martial law & roll the tanks into the streets to guarantee an unelected 3rd term.
I was assured, several years ago, there was no way, ever, George W. Bush would leave the White House after his 2nd term. Plans were drawn up for him to declare martial law & roll the tanks into the streets to guarantee an unelected 3rd term.

Baraq and Mooch will deposit somewhere around a billion $$ in POTUS pardon bribes in the Obama Foundation and live like potentates for the next 40 yrs.
The vacation will be 24/7/365
It’s obvious to me the whole WH thing is getting boring for both of them.

Not only that, but there is a long-standing tradition that SGUN has never been from a permanent member.
