I wouldn’t go that far back....what we deal with here in the US is the past history of slavery....which they cannot let go of and continue to this day to wine about. It’s taught to their children and made to be a part of their overall mindset....rather than show the culture what they can do today in a free country.

It's highly likely. When the unrest is about to end peacefully, the best way to reignite it is to send a few snipers to shoot random people on one or both sides of the conflict. Blood magic is very powerful.

Additionally, a typical protester is not likely to own - or need - a quality long gun with a Leupold scope. He is happy with a throwaway "Saturday night special." Long range fire hints at involvement of someone at least minimally experienced in such a thing. City folks rarely have a chance - or a need - to shoot a long gun at 300-500 yards. Over here 100 yards is the maximum distance at ranges; there is one with 200 yards, but it is rarely open to the public.

The government dependent are in the same position as those on fixed incomes; there is little they can do to combat our unreported inflation (though they can, and do, turn to crime in droves). The anarchy is here - not specifically in Ferguson, but in those areas of just about every city where law enforcement doesn’t even exist anymore.

Between illegals, the drug trade and welfare fraudsters, there hasn’t been a legitimate financial transaction in those areas in decades - it is complete anarchy.
