Police say a Pennsylvania man dropped to the ground and rolled around in dog waste to avoid being arrested for public drunkenness, but he was taken into custody anyway.

That should be a capitol offense! Lock him up into a Sanitation Room, but DON’T let him shower for a while, just keep on recirculating that same tainted air. Give Buddy Boy a taste of his own medicine! After 21 days, hose him down, put him in a Jacuzzi for a while. Lather, Rinse, Repeat.
