On Tuesday, March 10, I had a chance to sit down for an interview with Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker while he was on a swing through Southern California. Having just been re-elected last November, Walker is on the campaign trail gauging support for a run for the Republican nomination for President of the United States.
Walker fielded questions from me on the areas of government growth. My questions are in some cases abbreviated. The Governors responses are verbatim.
ON PRESIDENT OBAMAS CRITICISM OF WALKER SIGNING RIGHT TO WORK LEGISLATION LAST MONDAY
ON WHETHER HE WILL ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO SHRINK THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AS PRESIDENT
ON HIS STATEMENTS LAST WEEKEND IN IOWA THAT HE WOULD PHASE OUT LAWS MANDATING ETHONAL IN FUEL OVER TIME
ON FOREIGN POLICY ISOLATIONIST? INTERVERNTIONIST?

Does Gov. Walker support the Fair Tax?
I don’t know. But I do know property taxes in WI are lower under Walker and he’s cutting government spending.

bttt
As he did as County Executive of Milwaukee where he inherited another freaking financial mess that was so outrageous that the Dem was kicked out of office for it.
Walker certainly has the far left squealing.
Bump to Post #6.
I like Walker very much.
My first question is: “Who are you interested in replacing you as Gov if you run for President?”
One of the primary tasks of a leader is to mentor his replacements.
Something the Bush Family never really understood.
I know hWalker’s backed amnesty leading to citizenship, and then making future immigration for “anyone from Mexico or any other country” so easy that nobody would bother entering illegally.
You’re a joke.
That is a positive!
No sense winning the Presidency then loosing the good work being done in WI.
You may not mind a takeover of this country by the politics of illegal aliens—but I do.
