t could soon get easier to live on the streets in the Golden State. As controversy swirled around the police shooting of a homeless and mentally ill man on Skid Row in Los Angeles, legislators in California considered a new set of regulations activists said would decriminalize homelessness by providing a so-called right to rest in public.

Some day I’d love to see a “taxpayer bill of rights”. I’m getting tired of having to pay my “fair share” while ONE THIRD of the sub humans living here don’t work and half don’t pay any taxes at all. This BS is for the birds. Now they want to give Mexican foreign nationals almost two billion in tax refunds for being....well....Mexican foreign nationals! What the....?!!!!!

Skillful programming of the sprinkler system helps make your property less inviting to homeless squatters. It works for paper delivery persons who insist on grinding a path through your lawn to the house next door as well.
