RENO, Nev. (AP) -- Electric-car maker Tesla Motors is denying reports that construction has been delayed on its gigafactory about 15 miles east of Reno.
The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, in an online job posting, says the project has been delayed.

Notice he didn’t mention if the original plans or the unannounced revised plans were on schedule. Sneaky little $hit.

Notice how the Union didn’t mention if their “participation” in the “Project” is what is being delayed.

Getting “into bed” with the IBEW is a huge mistake!
And Nevada is a Right-to-work state.
Musk is a smart guy, maybe he trusted someone else on the decision to go with that Union.
It is certainly possible that Tesla is in the process of replacing those IBEW and that is the nature of the “delay”.

But Nevada is also a heavily union state, particularly in Clark and Washoe Counties. My wife was born in Fallon. She has shirt tail relatives that are IBEW types. They are as close to commies as you can get and still retain your citizenship.
One even remarked at a graveside service for a departed uncle, that “he hated Republicans” as we lowered him into the grave, to which my wife replied, “well he didn’t hate me and I am a Republican!” Trade unionists are all Marxist a$$holes!
It’s Nevada. You do what Harry Reid tells you, or you pay the consequences.
Of course, I do wonder if this has anything to do with Reid’s recent ‘accident’. Perhaps Musk has friends, as well.
