These jerk school administrators should be charged with false imprisonment, kidnapping, and child abuse. Put a few of these pukes in jail for 25 years and maybe the rest will get a clue. Maybe.

Unlawful imprisonment? Kidnapping? This is yet another reason wh TruTV needs a new show, World’s Dumbest School Administrators. There’s more than enough material out there to keep Danny Bonaduce, Tonya Harding, etc employed for life.

The personally identifiable information includes information on every students personality, attitudes, values, beliefs, and disposition, a psychological profile called Interpersonal Skills Standards and anchors, reads the letter sent to Corbett in December. This data has been illegally obtained through deceptive means without the parents knowledge or consent through screening, evaluations, testing, and surveys. These illegal methods of information gathering were actually fraudulently called academic standards on the [Pennsylvania] Department of Education website portal. These are key details that should be argued effectively against Common Core.

The resistance to common core is growing.

I think what kind of gets me about the original Sentinel article is that the elementary school had a ‘school resource officer’ on campus, who heard the 911 call and went to the office and dealt with the situation. Do elementary schools in Florida require a police officer on campus? Or was that officer assigned because it was testing day and it was anticipated that there would be issues?
Either way, kudos to the parent who refused to take ‘no’ for an answer.

It sounds like CPS has a case for taking the kid due to parental negligence. After all, the parents ENROLLED the kid in a PUBLIC SCHOOL, in the first place.

Rick Perry may not be a candidate to win a Nobel Prize in Physics, and he may have very costly sore spot for Illegals, but he DEFINITELY GOT IT RIGHT on two things here recently:
1) He told the feds to go to hell with their attempt to BRIBE US on Medicaid expansion.
2) He told the feds to go to hell with their attempt to BRIBE US on Common Core.
There are way too many REPUBLICAN GOVERNORS that took the bait on one or both of them.

I can’t decide which is more out of control. Our government and politicians, our government courts and “judges” or our government “schools” and “teachers”.
