I believe it, anything to undermine national sovereignty and tax-paying citizens who have a fast-disappearing heritage of freedom and engagement in our own governance.
It certainly fits with self aggrandizement of union leadership. There always was a temptation to paint yourself as a bigger hero than you really were, back when unions were a more practical necessity. But now it has gotten ridiculous.
