Constitutionally she could shoot Bill in the middle of Time Square and that still wouldn’t disqaulify her from running for the presidency.
The ONLY reason this is getting any traction is cuz Obama leaked it and is pushing it.

Everyone’s saying Justice will ignore this. However, if she’s still an official lawyer aren’t there ways to have her disbarred that don’t involve Holder et al? It would be nice to have her join Bill in the disbarred club and that would be an effective club to use on her in the next campaign.

This story is not going to matter a hill of beans. Most Americans will see this as yet another attempt to smear the Clintons, especially since Hillary is female presidential candidate. Gingrich and Starr got crushed by the Clintons in the 90’s, and the Republicans will get crushed again if they make this an issue.
Conservatives are best served focusing on positive values-based agenda and motivating the millions of disaffected conservatives.
