Idaho is one of the many states now considering a repeal of the requirement for a concealed carry permit in order to carry a firearm in public. Bonner County Sheriff Daryl Wheeler supports the move, suggesting the 2nd Amendment acts as citizens’ concealed carry permit.

Yes. Nevada has open carry and permitted CCW. But, why? The “hole” permitting process is time consuming and costly for something that is supposedly protected by the US Constitution and most state constitutions as well. The fact that a permitting process has been put in place is part of “infringement”.

What does the permit do???? criminals carry concealed without one. A permit just hinders the rights of law abiding citizens as the cost is about 60$ for someone with pre safety training, and a month waiting for the back ground check. Northern Idaho has a large concealed carry population and Very low crime. Just compare Coeur d alene Idaho and Spokane Washington crime 30 miles apart.

I just skimmed through the Constitution of the State of New Jersey. It contains no equivalent of the second amendment, nor any reference to restrictions upon keeping and bearing arms. Yet there are multiple laws regarding licensing, permits and restrictions on certain weapons that clearly violate the second amendment, infringing upon our rights.
Should I assume that because the Idaho total is 109.4% the Hispanic/Latinos are counted twice, once under color and once by “ethnicity”?

They do have overlapping info. You just have to look at the figures carefully
