Did a lot of my anesthesia training at the U of M in the early 80’s and thought I’d been transported to another world. Commie rat-bastards ranting on the corners about the evil Ronnie raygun and his war against the peace-loving sandinistas, etc. I was afraid I’d be in jail before I got done training. Went up there from Nebraska, aka God’s Country and was really disgusted by the extreme leftist ideology. Lots of great folks there but they are drowned out by the pinkos.
