Congress Will Award Netanyahu With a Bust of Churchill Before His Historic Speech

Congress dedicated a bust of Winston Churchill, one of the greatest leaders of the 20th century and an honorary American citizen, in a ceremony in the magnificent Statuary Hall of the U.S. Capitol in 2013. (Daily Signal)

In the 1930s, Winston Churchill warned Britain and the Western world about the dangers of Adolf Hitler and Germany. It was the strongest warning ever by a politician! Still, that warning was ignored and millions of Europeans lost their lives.

Today Benjamin Netanyahu will warn the West of the perils of a nuclear Islamic Iran.

Congressional leaders will give Netanyahu a bust of Churchill in a ceremony today before his speech.

The Obama administration will boycott Netanyahu’s speech including US Ambassador to Israel, Daniel Shapiro.

When Barack Obama was sworn in as US president, the White House returned a bust of Churchill to the British embassy, which had loaned it to George W Bush.

We need our next POTUS and key members of his administration have the qualities of a Benjamin Netanyahu. Praying for Bibi to deliver a speech that resonates with the fools in Congress, and inspires them to treat challenges of terrorist countries like adults.

Our POTUS and his freak show administration are a lost cause. They will not seek to protect America’s interests, safety, or that of our key allies. They ride the gray area of treason every day. Screw ‘em, Congress needs to step the hell up.

I stand corrected; at least Chamberlain eventually resigned.

Quisling was arrested, tried and then killed by firing squad. At least back then, the Norwegians knew what to do with traitors; its a shame Congress doesn’t.

Fox is carrying the speech. Since I don’t watch the networks, are any of the Democrat media, or will they be filming Hussein on his conference call? This ludicrous episode would be on SNL if he were a Republican.

Talk about rubbing his nose [Obama's] in it. Given that he returned the bust of Churchill to the British embassy, who had loaned it to GW Bush, at the very beginning of his administration, this event ought to sting wittle Barry pretty badly. It will leave a mark. I can see him pouting and hear him whining already.

We couldn't have a better example of a real leader versus a phony leader, than we have in the behavior of these two men during this occasion of Netanyahu's speech to the Congress.
