It is related because if Apple were more interested in hiring capable people rather than grinding them down in face to face interviews, they probably would not have to abuse tech patents.

Regardless of who posted it online, this article is almost word for word identical with what's been posted earlier on FR which ultimately links to the Wall Street Journal. They're from the same press release source, contain the exact same quotations, same statement from Ericsson's attorney, the same responses from Apple in the exact same order. . . or didn't you notice? I have already noted seventeen articles on this topic from different news sources, all almost completely identical in content.
Some of you rabid anti-Apple trolls have been complaining about too many Apple threads, or didn't you notice those posts? Shall we start threads for all seventeen because they are different sources? I shall repeat myself, a little louder to get through your thick skull:

I was not spamming by posting a considered analysis by someone who has been following the events since the licenses expired and also watched when it happened before, on a thread where some discussion of the news may take place. I do NOT double up the information in a PING to 700 People. . . they've already read it. Obviously since you were unaware of the reasons behind going to court so I sent it to you. Not spam, it was a start for any discussion that still might continue on this thread.
You seemed to think that my fulfilling my normal duties of telling list members this is a secondary thread on a topic that has a thread already running is me taking am "attitude" and a problem of "maturity" and you came off as if you were hurt that your thread was being disparaged as though you had some kind of little kid "ownership" and started throwing a tantrum. You went into full ad hominem ATTACK mode spewing insults when all all I was doing was trying to be helpful to you.

Instead of you manning up and confirming that this item had not in fact been "already posted"... What I got was the rant of an obvious drunkard meltdown from an emotional Liberal Control Freak with a God complex who needs a skirt to hide behind.
If you sobered up enough to apologize and accept that different sources are not considered "already posted" on this forum, then I am happy to post about Apple.
