The added security the Garland ISD assigns when controversy comes to the Curtis Culwell Center is paid for up-front, the president of the American Freedom Defense Initiative said today.
Pamela Geller said the group was charged roughly $10,000 for security when it booked the school district’s arena as the site of the May 3 “Muhammad Art Exhibit and Contest.”... “That’s the first time in any of our events across America,” Geller said.

Did the Islamic supremacists who organized the “Stand With the Prophet” conference against free speech, held in the same venue as our event in Garland, Texas, have to pay $10,000 for the extra security provided?

Lucky for us, lucky for civilization, Pam Geller’s group has got some deep pockets, with enough to pay the extortionists.
The cost is based upon the threat faced by holding the event......not too many suicide bombers or looney tune protesters for the muslim event...the opposite is not true.
So why even have an event like this?
Must be expecting trouble from the Presbyterians. Now they can get pretty crazy.

WTH?? How can muzzies have an art show? They go apesh*t and kill people over anything resembling art. They’re insane. What would the exhibit be exactly? An empty room? The unhinged aspect of catering to and kissing up to muzzies is absolutely off the deep end.

Simple, allow conceal carry. Promote it as a cc event. Nothing will happen. Everyone will be very polite. You
want freedom to be free then let the people be free.
That “charge” should be worth a lawsuit by Geller and the the AFDI.
If such charges have not been handled equally you are correct.
And I wouldn’t be surprised if they haven’t been handled equally.
