The judge put the lie to Obama’s claim that he was just exercising “prosecutorial discretion”. BHO is in fact trying to provide a legal change-in-status and work authorization to the illegals - completely detached from any basis in LAW.
The suspicious, jaded part of me says.....Too easy.

Why doesn’t Obama just make another executive order saying that he rules over the judicial system too? He’s such an arrogant clown I am sure it crossed his mind.
No...the judge’s ruling didn’t tie Obama’s hands...the Constitution did.
Well, it looks like they are going to comply.

BACKSTORY In a major suck-up to illegals, Oboma "announced" he was issuing an
E/O and planned a "signing ceremony" at a Las Vegas gathering of
illegals.
E/O and signing ceremony never happened. Obama was photoed signing "memos" on AF One---not an "executive action." Why? B/c an E/O comes w/ legal baggage that the conniving Boobamba wanted to evade. Both "memos" are now on the Whitehouse website.
The scam works this way: signed Boobamba memos "delegate" to federal agencies orders to come up with plans (that must advance Boobamba's global conspiracy to overthrow the US govt w/ Third World federales and their cadres jumping the US border).
The federal agencies then "invent" Committees to do this (the better to overthrow the US govt). Then "Administrative Rules," after a comment period, will be published in the "Code of Federal Regulations," which magically turns them into law........ using federal fairy dust.
So Boobamba is shielded from responsibility---he doesn't have to take the hit. Behind closed doors, he tells federal factotums what he wants.....and faster than you can say "the combo plate w/ extra hot sauce".....the overthrow of the US govt commences.

THE "DELEGATION" HORROR STORY--A Federal agency MO since 1946. It's down to a science: (1) publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), (2) make the comment period really short, (3) stonewall any negative comments, and, (4) publish the rule, which (5) NOW has the force of US law. No Congressman was ever involved, and Boobamba doesn't leave his DNA on it. Yet again, why "Delegation" is ominous for liberty---why the writing of administrative law by federal agencies - is un- Constitutional (hat tip to FReeper Regulator.)
Judge Hanen knows the law and is courageous for upholding the rule of law.
God bless him and pray the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals upholds his ruling, if so 0bama will go ballistic.
Johnson apparently assumes he and Obama have the authority to nullify federal laws that don't serve their personal agenda.

MEMO TO L/E UNDER DHS THREATS: Sheriff Justin Smith and nationwide L/E, police chiefs and sheriffs due federal grants need to act now:
The Bank Secrecy Act must be mobilized----to follow the paper trail and determine how DHS govt monies changes hands; to determine the scope and dimension of collusion in sub rosa deals (and who might be personally profiting).
<><> L/E needs to examine DHS and its related agencies' bank accounts.
<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer funds from one account to another, and/or wire- transferred offshore;
<><> To cover their tracks, DHS insiders might create fake invoices to show that govt money deposited into accounts was being used for legitimate and constitutional purposes.
<><> Financial schemes scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from financial sources that actually covered the transfer of funds for insiders' personal use and/or for redistribution schemes.
“My objection to the D.H.S. funding is I don’t want to do anything that gives the president the ability to fund executive amnesty,” he said. “If a court issues an injunction, then I think it would be appropriate for us to consider the possibility of funding appropriations during the pendency of the injunction.”
