Obamacare was mentioned in the ruling as part of the analysis of Plaintiffs’ standing to bring the case. Specifically, the fact that DACA winners can get jobs with US companies and not be counted toward the 50-employee threshold, and the reasonable expectation that DAPA winners will do likewise, make DACA/DAPA employees more desirable than citizen employees...... So the ruling doesn’t affect Obamacare, but the exemptions to Obamacare affect the plaintiffs’ standing.

Im not saying that all illegal mexican immigrants are bad people, but how many of them are rapists, murderers, drug dealers, etc. Allowing these people into this country without having any history from them is more than careless. How many of them are not vaccinated. How many can even speak our language? This country is in debt and yet they expect us to support them. We don’t have enough jobs here for them. They are already filling our schools with children who can’t understand what the teacher is saying. The fact that Obama rushed into this shows just what he is willing to do to keep a democrat in the white house. Makes me sick. I will pull the bricks from my house to build a wall along the border before I support any of this nonsense.
