Joe Scarborough says he doesn't want to be "torn to shreds online" for analogizing the threat of radical Christianity to that of radical Islam. In that case, the solution is simple: Scarborough should stop analogizing the threat of radical Christianity to that of radical Islam.
On today's Morning Joe, Scarborough twice suggested such parallels, analogizing radical Islamists to "ultrafundamentalist Christians who believe every single word of the Bible has to be interpreted in the exact ways which could also lead to some violence." A bit later, Scarborough circled back, saying "it doesn't matter what faith you're in," that a literal reading of scripture attracts the outcasts of society, for better or "for much worse."

Um..............we Christians do not do the “violence stuff.”
Not just any fundamentalist Christians but Ultra Fundamentalist Christians. LOL
Who is he accusing of murdering his (forgotten) secretary?
Let me translate: “Fox News won’t have me, so I’m going all in on the dark side so MSNBC will still love me....”
Scarborough says that like radical Islam, “ultrafundamentalist” Christianity could also lead to violence.
Ping to Today show list.
I’m a “literalist” Joe but you don’t have to be afraid of me because I’m also a Christian. Jesus fulfilled all of those scary (to you) O.T. laws and I’m not bound by them.
Oh, yeah. Be on the lookout for those ‘radical’ Quakers.
In Dearborn Michigan middle eastern Christians who have actually lost family members to jihadis or experienced it themselves live side by side without killing the local muslims.
Christian violence is pretty much exclusively defensive.
>>Um..............we Christians do not do the violence stuff.
To be fair, he did say, “which could also lead to some violence”. In liberal victimology, it is domestic violence for a man to question his wife’s financial decisions or make unilateral decisions for the family. </sarc>
He’s a moron for equating “some violence” with burning a man alive or cutting a dozen heads off. Just as the King of the Morons in the White Hut equates the actions of Christians 1000 years ago with the actions of Muslims today.
So, Slow Joe, just where is this violent fundamentalist Christianity taking place in the world today? He was never the sharpest tool in the shed, and sitting next to Mika (although yes, she’s hot!), has made him even dumber.
Ultra Fundamentalist Christians, who are also on Double-Secret Probation!
One of our Commandments is “thou shalt do no murder” idiot.
Fundamentalist Socialists (both national and international) have a proven track record of being the worst.
Not you, Scarborough...total moron.
Looks like he needs to be torn to shreds online. How else should we respond to stupidity?
Wow, that Rachel Maddow guy is really starting to look weird.
Yeah, Joe, you really have a lot to fear from the Duggers.
Obviously, Joe hopes there is no Judgment Day coming, but it will.
