You’re sad it’s not Russia’s money.
Actually almost 18% of IMF funding comes from the US. So almost a billion of the bailout is your tax money.
The amount of funding is tied to the "voting" power. That gives us a lot of power.

When do I get to vote where my money goes?
Just love how countries are spending money like mad when they are all broke. Wish I could spend funny money instead of being one of those that will be left with the insurmountable debt.
Why should anyone bail out Ukraine or Greece? They are both irresponsible big spenders and should be allowed to implode.
PEACE IN OUR TIME

Combined with those who are in bed with US/UK, easily 60%+ voting is what London/Washington want done - all on behalf of the elite bankers of the world.
That money will be stolen and wind up in Switzerland ten minutes after it is funded
State of Ukraine indebted to Russia 5 bln for consumed gas and credit money, Ukrainian business has debt 20 bln to Russian banks. They need money to pay their debts and buy gas and coal.
Now price of dollar is 25 hrivnas instead of 7 one year ago.
Russia owes Ukraine some land.
