If you haven't already noticed, I must bring this to your immediate attention:
Members of Jim's Fabulous FReepathon Team are dropping like flies, and it's not because we're not dedicated. We're tired, stressed and worn out, and some of us have serious health issues, and I'm the worst culprit!
I'm severely depressed; and under the care of a medical doctor and now a psychiatrist, too. I truly appreciate all of your prayers which humble me, and I hope with the new psychiartrist and the meds, that I can get to a "new normal," now that I'm without my most cherished Dr.O.
Our dearest TOL, (TheOldLady) is undergoing chemo therapy and her spirits are high and she's going to beat that incidious cancer, so please keep praying for her! I might add that depite her cancer she is still participating, as often as she can!
RedMDer is still grieving from the loss of his beautiful, lifetime, soul mate, Lynn, but he's been the ROCK of this FReepathon!
musicman's beautiful wife has undergone yet another surgery, but he comes by with his great graphics as often as he possibly can!
DJMacWow has more problems than anyone less strong could not possibly endure, let alone handle and try to solve.
Beautiful Lady Jag has always had her medical issues, and right now her computer is sick, sick, sick and virtually out of operation.
Our dearest Trisham is still grieving, and she's been sick, but she shows up almost daily!!!
Our bright spots are The Cajun, deoetdoctrinae, Meshuge Mikey, Swampsniper, bd476 and moose07 but they don't post the soreboard or the various lists.
My point is, that Jim went through a second amputation, too, and his beautiful Sheila just had her serious medical issues too, so if you're planning to donate, we only ask that you make your donation "sooner, rather than later" this month!"
Dearest Freepers, you are more than awesome and generous. You always come through for your beloved Free Republic!
You love and appreciate Free Republic as much as all of us.
We all know and recognize that we will eventually reach our goal, but 2 month long FReepathons are taking too much of a personal toll.
Our jobs are to thank you for your donations in a timely manner and to post amusing, informative graphics to hopefully entice you to make your donation! I personally feel so badly, (horrid in fact) when our FReepathon thread isn't properly manned, and like I said, I'm the worst culprit, because right now I'm losing my battle with depression.
Please, please, please, make YOUR Donation today, if you possibly can and please, please, please sign-up to Donate Monthly if you Possibly and reliably can!
We all LOVE Jim, FR and one another.
Please, please, please, help us get this FReepathon Done!
God bless and keep you all and everyone you love.

bearing and practicing with your arms then you will be helpless and
you will be the victim of evil."Ted Nugent
"Be the hunter, not the hunted:
never allow your unit to be caught with its guard down.
Use good judgment and act in best interests of our Nation.
You are part of the worlds most feared and trusted force.
Engage your brain before you engage your weapon.
Share your courage with each other
as we enter the uncertain terrain north of the Line of Departure.
Keep faith in your comrades on your left and right and Marine Air overhead.
Fight with a happy heart and strong spirit.
For the missions sake, our countrys sake, and the sake
of the men who carried the Divisions colors in the past battles-
who fought for life and never lost their nerve-
carry out your mission and keep your honor clean.
Demonstrate to the world there is 'No Better Friend, No Worse Enemy' than a U.S. Marine."

Hang in there, America. Fight for what is right. Dont look to government or any politician to solve your problems. Government cant make you happy, healthy, wealthy or wise. Obama is a master at reading the right soaring words fed into his teleprompter, but actions speak louder than words.
So, hold tight to 2 Corinthians 4:8 because were in for a wild ride.

Sorry to hear that you’re fighting depression and hope that some relief will be in the near future for you. You’re a rock for doing the fund-raiser. I’m already in for my usual $100 per Freepathon. If that Lotto ball machine had cooperated last night, I’d be ready to wrap this thing up right now...LOL!!

Men like them held Guadalcanal and took Iwo Jima.

Thanks very much! You rock, T-Bird45!!
I should feel even more depressed, because out of the numbers that were drawn, I had the Power Ball 19, plus 11, 13, 29, but I was “too depressed” to go across the MS river to LA to buy my “USUAL” ticket! (I think the 11, 13, & 29) were drawn. I only saw the news for a second.
