The Nevada Legislature apparently wont consider initiative petitions to allow the sale of recreational marijuana and to require background checks for some gun sales.
Initiative backers gathered the necessary number of signatures to qualify the plans, but under the state constitution, they first must be presented to the Legislature for approval in the first 40 days of the session. If not, they go on the 2016 election ballot.

Mares against guns, mommies demanding a little action, notonemorons, the mark and gabby kelley-giffords traveling puppet show and on and on and on. They will be in NV before long with loads of cash to push the Intergalactic Background Check initiative that will be on the ‘16 NV ballot. I have no doubt that they will be able to uh, “acquire” enough votes from the IPOS* and SPOS** that buy their bilge water.
