I suspect the carriers will this, too. It will help the largest carriers to crush any of the small carriers. It will set up cost structure to bring extra profits to the carriers and all they’ll have to do is set up filters and data-scrapes for everything that is transmitted over their wires.
All of that data will go straight to that massive new data-processing facility the government just built out west.
