This one appears to be a bad shooting by the cop.

I think it was an honest mistake, but if you or I accidentally shot a guy, we'd be indicted too.

I saw a headline somewhere to the effect that the Ferguson “investigation” about to come to an end. And since there are no coincidences in such matters...

Its an indictment which is nothing more than an accusation.
The trial will decide whether and what he’s guilty of.
Which is a good thing. Far too many of these cases don’t get to this point.
That’s how the justice system is supposed to work, not by police chiefs running interference or trying either the cop or the dead guy in the media.

Very bad shooting by the rookie cop. My information from all the local news sources, I live in the NYC area, is that the cop had his gun out and then opened the stairwell door with his gun hand and finger on trigger. Since he was violating just about every rule on gun safety, the inevitable happened, he let one fly into the stairwell. The bullet ricocheted off the wall and hit the victim coming up the stairs. Instead of calling an ambulance as the victim bled out, the dummies instead texted their PBA union rep.
