I only heard the sound bites from President Obama's address at the National Prayer Breakfast and don't know the full extent of his remarks. But what I got from what I did hear seemed to be a call for people to understand that what the evil ISIS is doing is not a part of Islam and that present day Christians should be carrying around the shame from events that happened many centuries ago.

This gets to the heart of the issue of "Radical Islam". The Koran itself is "Radical Islam". Just read it and study the actions of Muhammad himself. The problem is that the Muslims believe what they read and they believe what they are taught. The fact that they show no reaction to the ISIS atrocities speaks volumes to me. They are "the dog that doesn't bark", to quote a famous detective.

Our guys will wind up fighting them someday. And when they do, I don’t wasn’t them thinking they are anything except human targets. It doesn’t take magic to beat them or pig fat.
Just Hot lead and an artillery prep, and a true military force.

The sad reality though is, we will not see any direct military action under Mr. Obama.
In other words, look for more bombing raids.

Sad to say, until Mr. Obama is out of the WH, it will be bombing, bombing, and bombing. Meaning no “boots on the ground.”
You don't really need any if the bombs are big enough.
